Shipping

Australia 
Standard shipping with tracking is free for orders over $150, any orders under this amount will incur a shipping fee of $9.95.  Express shipping is available at a fee of $14.95

New Zealand
Standard shipping with tracking is free for orders over $150, any orders under this amount will incur a shipping fee of $10.95.  Express shipping is available at a fee of $19.95.

Rest of the World
Standard shipping with tracking is free for international orders over $250, any orders under this amount will incur a flat shipping rate of $24.95.

The below shipping times are to be used as a guide only.  Please contact Australia Post for updates on estimated shipping times.

Australia
      • Standard Shipping (generally 3-6 business days)
      • Express Shipping (generally 1-3 business days)
New Zealand
      • Standard Shipping (generally 9-13 business days)
      • Express Shipping (generally 5-9 business days)
Rest of the world
      • Standard Shipping (generally 20-30 business days)
Handling Times
Once an order is placed it will be shipped within two business days.  Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.

Import Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that when shipping outside of Australia, you are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. As these fees vary by country, we recommend that you research potential costs prior to placing your order.

If you choose not to pay the required import duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to the freedom of peach at your expense. You will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased, minus the cost of the return shipping. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

Returns

We are happy to offer our customers a return or exchange for any items which don’t fit quite right, for any change of mind purchases a store credit will be issued.  Please kindly note, we are not liable for the cost to return an item and are unable to refund any shipping charges. 

Our mail satchels have an additional adhesive strip, please take care when opening as the satchel can be reused to return or exchange an item.      

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your garment must;

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have the hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, without any damage
  • Returned in the original packaging, including any garment bags (unless these were purchased separately.
  • Your return or exchange request must be raised and returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@thefreedomofpeach.com with your request and original order details.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, if your return/exchange is approved, your store credit or new order will be sent within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Any item(s) that are sent back without requesting a return
  • Damaged and worn garments
  • Gift Cards
  • Purchased garment and tote bags
  • Hair Clips
